Rothridge owns buy-and-hold rentals and works with housing authorities on HAP contracts for our own units. Transparent HAP math — not a black-box fee tool. We do not manage other landlords’ properties for a fee.
For voucher holders
Submit interest with voucher size, bedrooms needed, and preferred area. Placement depends on available units and PHA rules. Fair housing applies — we do not cold-call tenants.

On our units we register with the PHA, prep HQS/NSPIRE inspections, and track HAP vs tenant rent. Contact [email protected] for coordination on Rothridge-owned homes only.

Uses sample PHA payment standards for focus ZIPs when available. Formula: HAP = max(0, min(gross rent, payment standard) − tenant share); gross = contract rent + utility allowance. PHA schedules control real numbers.
