Sober living houses

Recovery residences: structured, alcohol- and illicit-drug-free homes. We design operations around NARR-style standards (house rules, intake, bed tracking, fee records, meeting and drug-test logs) and Fair Housing / ADA considerations — including that prescribed medication for OUD cannot be a blanket denial under federal guidance.

What to expect

  • Written house rules and resident rights reviewed at intake.
  • Bed assignment and weekly fee records (no online payments here).
  • State certification/registration varies — we track status per house; not every home is certified yet.
  • This is housing in recovery culture, not a substitute for clinical treatment unless a Level IV program is explicitly offered.

Submitting does not guarantee a bed. Screening uses uniform, attorney-approved criteria — the system never auto-rejects protected classes.
